This business has a poor reputation on their reviews. Please do not waste your time or money, or let your insurance waste their money on this company. Every one from the "so called" director Brianna, to Christina, to the therapist Doug are horrible. Their customer service is horrible and they have no compassion or sympathy for sick or grieving families. Please do not put your loved ones in their care. They will make your life way more difficult than it needs to be. I am glad I did not have them complete any services for my loved one. Do not put your loved ones at risk with this horrible company. Everything from their communication skills to their scheduling is unprofessional. Their reviews do really fit this business. I am looking further into filing a bigger complaint with El paso county public health. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Too bad I am forced to leave at least one star. Communication is nonexistent. The do not follow up with second visits or supplies they are supposed to order. Made my life miserable, run from this company.

I was very disappointed in this agency except for my nurse. These people dropped the ball on me several times and don't communicate with each other. They told me things that were flat out inaccurate. Find another agency.

They lack in all areas a professional business could possibly lack, especially since they are in health care dealing with people that have needs that need to be met. They take referrals, then drop them after coming in without even a phone call much less a discharge! Save yourself the hassle of being mislead and go with another company for your loved one!
