I spoke with Therese who was an absolute God send! Even though I'm unable financially to take advantage of the services offered for a family member in need, Therese took considerable time to listen to my story and provided a plethora of resources and direction. I had been at a complete loss with no idea what to do, and thanks to Therese and Abby Senior Care, I gained considerable information, direction and was empowered to take action with favorable results. I'm convinced you will not find a more sincerely caring service than Abby Senior Care. In a time when customer service means automated options, and disinterested verbal communication at best, here you will find real human compassion, sincere caring, complete dedication to helping family members navigate the challenging and, often scary, waters of senior care. I am so grateful! Thank you, Therese and Abby Senior Care!

We LOVE Abbeycare ❤️ our helpers have been so wonderful and able to jump in and take mom to appointments when we could not be there. They care very much about keeping a high standard of care and accountability. They are all heart!

I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. if your child/parent has extreme medical needs perhaps but I would use a different company. After months of getting your child’s records- they’ll call and say, “Congratulations your child qualifies. You’ll be getting a free I-pad and quality for $xyz per month”. Upon going to the orientation they will tell you that you get the iPad to use while completing the CNA course and then must return it. Deception as well as your child will not be approved for any amount until: you take the state CNA exam, get hired by a nursing staffing company, and have a home visit. At that time they will decide if you qualify for compensation and what amount. If you ask for accommodations for the state exam- they state will not give you the license. They should be honest. I was told exemptions were no problem. The weekly coaching calls are never on time. Regardless of what time frame you’re able to get this done by- they don’t pay attention and will try to coerce you to go faster. They have poor communication between staff and are flat out deceiving. Also, I asked why would a nursing company hire me with no CNA experience. No clear answer. It’s disgusting they do this to medical parents. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Once I started asking questions- I quickly informed three people I would not be proceeding and turn in the iPad. They continued to borderline harass my child’s medical team AFTER I WITHDREW. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. This is my personal experience and my opinions based off of that.

This program is a complete scam! There is not any support or guidance, the man who was supposed to call weekly but most of the time never did called my child “your kid” so cold. That isn’t the worse part. I’ve lost money trying to get my CNA license from this place. The first time I scheduled and PAID for child care the class was canceled. The Building was closed due to the parking lot being redone. I spoke with the man who claimed to have managed the property he informed me that notices were sent out informing tenants in the building of the closure. I was notified the next day referred to as the wrong person in the text message. Mistakes happen right so I rescheduled my classes. I had to miss work, pay another person to take care of my child in order to attend the classes. I waited for two weeks to hear from my “support” to schedule the other half of my classes. At that time I informed them I would like to be reimbursed for money that I had already invested into their program. There was a delay in receiving funds for my Tb test, which resulted in me no longer being able to go to the class. Unfortunately, I do not have reliable, steady childcare, hep I do have will be leaving at the end of the month. I will not be able to complete the classes and now This company refuses to reimburse me for the funds that I have invested. I feel like I’m all out of options. They said that they had childcare options available however The nurse took over a week to reach out at which point I already had childcare covered for over the summer from July until mid August. I’ve been a student since May 2024.
