There are 1numerous issues here. This was the only co that took our humana for PT or OT. 1. My husband is bedridden. Unvaccinated, since I cannot get him anywhere. I'm fanatical about not letting in anyone that is unvaccinated Accent not only sent a PT that was unvaccinated, wgen I called, they snottily infirmed me that durme to HIPPA, they werent allowed to ask their staff about vaccine status. This is BS, I have kids who work at Swedish and Littleton, and both are required to be vaccinated and provide proof. 2. After first 6 weeks, further PT was refused by Humana/Tango. Upon my filed protest, I was told the PT supervusor had stated that patient was making no progress. REALLY? He went from bedridden, to standing with assistance, doing standing exercises, multiple transfers to stair chair and scooter. But they didnt consider that progress. We got authorized for 1 visit a week, 2 weeks at a time. Tgen it took them 2 weeks to get more visits authorized and scheduled. Useless company. They got 1 star because the OT was lovely, even though we only got 1 visit.

Accentcare briefly provided in home rehabilitation care for my wife. They were the absolute worst. Without value. From beginning to end, awful.

The RNS are Threatening Bullies. Doesn’t help to raise concerns, if you do the Clinical Manager makes you feel like the patient is the problem. Would NEVER recommend someone I know hire this agency.

These people and their care is unbelievable. A relative of mine (an aunt) with dementia was discharged from rehab and refused to go anywhere but back to her apartment. AccentCare has been there every step of the way with amazing care, advice and service. They have the resources and knowledge of what is best for my aunt. It's hard to know what to do and who to trust but they have helped in so many ways that I don't know where we would be without them. TRUST them, they've seen it all and have such caring therapists/employees that I don't need to be there 24/7. They go above and beyond the hours we've hired them for. I'm not used to this type of service!

Not a fan. Giving them two stars because the staff that they did send were pretty good, but we made multiple requests for additional services for behavioral health and social work as we are living with a patient with both psychiatric issues and dementia. Our requests were ignored until the 4th time we asked, when someone finally called us back to say "Not covered by insurance." We know that's not true because similar services were covered for the other spouse by the same insurance less than a year ago. I get the feeling that they are hiring good people and treating them poorly when they ask their supervisor 4 TIMES to respond to us and they just ignore both the worker and the caregiver. There are many good home health services in the Denver area, these guys just are not one of them. EDIT: At 7 weeks, the referral has expired, and they still have yet to show up to provide the cognitive services she should have had almost 2 months ago. Would knock them down to only 1 star but Google won't let me change the rating.
