After 3 weeks being out of the physical rehabilitation facility, and 3 nurses who NEVER had supplies for my wound care, I had enough. Also was told there was no available physical therapist or occupational therapist available…. Again AFTER 3 weeks. Everytime I spoke to someone in the office they “ were going to look into it” How does a nurse r treat your wounds if you don’t have the supplies. Very disappointing.

I've been a patient with Ace for almost 3 years. They are who I go back to, time, and time again, and are great at what they do. I've had 2 steady nurses when they don't have someone filling in. I've had 1 cna for about a year now. And I've had physical therapists, and occupational therapist. Pretty much what ever you need for at home medical/necessity care, they got it, and not a single one have I had a complaint about. They are all great passionate people who are very much dedicated to their patients. I highly recommend using these guys for at home health care.

My nurse Cassie explained everything to me on day one, including after hours on call procedures, how it's going to work etc. She always was on time, was cautious about my allergy, was extremely friendly to my whole family (including dogs) and was genuinely concerned about my well being.
