Estrella truly is the supreme standard for home health. Not only as an employer but equally as a patient. Nothing but open communication and honesty. They treat my mom with empathy and care, even if it’s just a quick check in. We have always felt heard and taken care of. We have got to know all the staff over the time period and they all know us. We love Estrella! Estrella has supported our family with our IHSS needs since 2017 and we've had nothing but great experiences. Cristie and Holly are wonderful to work with and really care for our family. When our Medicare case management changed this past year and our county fell behind supporting its new case load, Christie was on top of it - recognizing the need for an updated PAR and reaching out to both me and our new case manager to ensure our support never fell through. While it was a rough ride renewing with our new case manager, Crisite stayed right with me, helping to pushing the process through and returning documents for her part of the process almost immediately. There's a solid chance our Medicaid would have lapsed and we wouldn't have known until we stopped receiving services if it hadn't been for Cristie's attention to our case, and then we would have been even further behind in the renewal process. Additionally, Estrella provides yearly professional training for all of their employees, offering incentives for completing training early, and works hard to ensure they stay current on all industry and Medicaid guidelines. Definitely a dream company to work with - we couldn't be happier.
