With Maxim I am able to become a family caregiver CNA. My family member is diagnosed with Autism Level 3-Nonverbal. With everywhere else we didn't qualify because my family member wasn't as "medically" disabled as they needed to be for services. Maxim acknowledges the work and support it takes to care for a family member like mine. They made it possible for me to be a CNA. Hours are flexible. I am so grateful for their kindness and support. Everyone is so nice and they really do have your best interest at heart ❤️

Maxim has been so helpful and wonderful to work with from the start! They helped me secure a spot in a training class quickly when I finally made the decision to become a parent CNA. They sent me very helpful reminders to keep me on track to ensure I could begin class without delay. They checked in on me before and after CNA certifications and as soon as I passed my certs, they were right with me to ensure my son and I were set up as required. They have been so understanding, welcoming, and considerate of myself and my son. I was pleasantly introduced to maxim care for my son who has autism! The team here is so incredibly supportive and kind! Through my onboarding process each time I went into the office they were all so kind and made you feel great about coming into their team! All of my in home visits with the team has been so pleasant and informative. They are all so kind to myself and my son. They interact with him and are incredibly responsive with all of my questions! If you’re wanting to work in healthcare or get assistance to take care of your child with a disability this company is the way to go!
