Rude and unprofessional especially Alena Thompson. If your coworkers can’t work on their attitude you will loose customers. Nurses are rude , they were late all the time. Employees usually don’t call you back when it’s something emergency.

HORRIBLE place!!!! Do not work here or trust them with your family members!!! Lost 2 family members due to their nurses not performing proper care and not being there their full scheduled time ( They would clock out HOURS before) As far as the working side goes they majorly underpay you, no benefits, and I rarely get paid on time and I have had to pay "Late fees" for MY OWN CHECKS!!!! Do not work her or put your family members under your care. Nothing but disappointment and heartbreak with this awful company!

I worked with Super on a patient referral. I received quick response and the patient is very satisfied. They have multi lingual staff that speak Russian, Spanish and even Farsi and Chinese!
