Horrible service. My dryer isn't working and keeps stopping every 2-3 mins and we manually have to restart again..called for help and no help was provided... the guy changed the heat element and I wonder if he changed it to the right kind...its over heating and probably that's the problem but guess what call them the operator is so Horrible and this lady doesn't feel for the company's prestige. I wonder if she even took it into consideration with my concern which is why I've received no help. They will provide you with 90 days warranty bit that is a big joke now...DONT FALL FOR THEM....Scammers ⚠️

Nightmare with this company. Major staffing issues. One employee showed up with her boyfriend. He waited out front in his truck. With a 5th of Bourbon. When employees showed up you had to watch them. One stole from me. Company backed employee. Workers showed up under the influence of alcohol. Employees reaked of body odor and cigarettes. Management not responsive. Medical people are incompetent. PT is the worse. I have informed hospital not to use Argus for services. Also filed complaint with the State. Please do not use Argus for loved ones.
