Denise is unprofessional person, she told me that my dad's needs were beyond their scope and they were not going to be helping him with his needs any longer. Days after he arrived hime from rehab leaving us with no help. She very unprofessional telling me stories about my dad without them being true. Careful if don't follow her rules she will call APS on your loved ones. She hates being challenged and when you disagree boom she will quit. Don't use this company. Find another company to use. There are better options than this place. Her staff is on their phones more they are helping your loved ones. Put cameras up in the house to watch them and things told a different story. Do not share anything with her staff they will turn it on you and twist the truth to benefit them.

Denise, the owner is extremely unprofessional, unpredictable and not trustworthy. The last incident before firing them was when Denise called me at work to inform me that my father-in-law was needing more assistance than he actually was, and wanted to bring in additional help. When I brought to her attention, we had cameras in the house and what she was telling me wasn’t matching up to the video footage, Denise became very irate, yelling at me and started backpedaling. She HATED that we had cameras. In addition, she treats her staff just as poorly. The turnover rate of nurses in the years that we had Caring Hearts was unfathomable. If I could give zero stars I would.

We had a wonderful experience with Caring Hearts. My mom suffered a fractured hip from a fall. Sean was assigned as her main physical therapist when she went home. We are very grateful for Sean. He is personable and excellent at what he does. My mom felt at ease and made great improvements by the time the sessions were over. She also worked with Tristan (OC) and Doug (PT) and was very happy as well with the care she received from them. Thank you Caring Hearts!

Sean from Caring Hearts came to our home 4 months ago to assist with Physical Therapy after a serious medical condition. He was an outstanding coach and therapist. We started with establishing goals and at the end all goals exceeded our expectations. I was very pleased but also was able to advance my personal capabilities meeting and exceeding all conditions established. Sean is a very personable and conscientious individual and is able to relate to individuals and their needs. Sean, Heidi and Lisa were the absolutely best! My wife and I had a terrible experience when she had her bypass surgery so we were a little worried. No need at all. These these were personable, professional and extremely informative. Couldn't have asked for a more supreme team. Thank you for the awesome assistance and care at such a traumatic time. I will sing the praises of Caring Hearts to all who will listen.
