I was a caregiver here and it started out okay. I have found that their communication is terrible not only for me but every single client I’ve had. They do not care about the clients in my opinion. They took away one of my clients with no communication and had to find out through my client that they had taken him away from me. And locked me from my account. And still have yet to communicate with me after i put in my two weeks via email. I do not recommend this agency. And for your safety I would keep looking for a different agency or get out as soon as you can. I do not speak on the caregivers as they seem super hard working. It’s the staff that work at the office that I’ve had issues with recently. I’ve not had any other issues besides that.

I was a client for a year and a half and had so many problems working with the office staff. (The caregivers are amazing!) Most recently, Christina no call no showed to 2 scheduled supervisory visits, then canceled a scheduled visit the day of. She tried to reschedule with me again and when I gave her dates she never got back to me. Then after a few weeks Christina's supervisor Amy sent me a message saying a supervisory visit was required to take place in the next few business days, but I was leaving for a trip so wouldn't be home during business hours on short notice. They terminated my services for non-compliance, even though they are the ones who skipped out on 3 different scheduled visits, didn't respond when I gave them dates to schedule again. I tried filing a grievance and the owner wouldn't hear my grievance- going against their own policy. I'm filing a complaint with the state. This is ridiculous!!

I am new to having a Caregiver....my son is a Caregiver and he recommended Alfabest for me ...as I was a Caregiver for my parents and siblings....all in Heaven now...I know that being a Caregiver is sometimes a hard job and also a good job....The Caregiver I have today is an Awesome Caregiver...she is very compassionate and understanding and fun to be with too....I am so grateful to Alfabest, especially with their employee, Felipe, who brought me a very attentive Caregiver, Ominey...he took the time to assess my situation, my ups and downs, and made sure I received a Caregiver who takes the time and care I need to be comfortable and taken care of ...Thank you Alfabest, a great Caregiving agency, Thank you Felipe, an Awesome employee who really cares, and Thank you Ominey for being a good Caregiver!!! I also want to Thank Carol, another employee, for hearing me out when I needed someone to talk to.....but most of all, I Thank God for bringing me these three Beautiful, Wonderful, Caring people.... Alfabest IS the Best!!!!

I have been with Alfabest Home Care for years. Now with a new owner, they don't care about me and they are very prejudice. I'm leaving just in time.

AlfaBEST has been the best agency we have worked with, and we have worked with a few bad ones, so we know good when we experience it! They communicate well among client and staff and work really hard to ensure that there is always quality staff for the client. They have great caregivers that have experience and care deeply. There are a lot of bad agencies and caregivers out there, but AlfaBEST is one that you can trust with your loved ones!
