This organization does not provide adequate health care to their clients. You don't want your loved ones life in their hands. If they are licensed to do what they do I don't think they should be or be Medicare and Medicaid Certified. Not only they do not care about their clients the staff after several complains was never held accountable. The staff does not have adequate training and lack basic skills. The staff kept giving my daughter the medicine she was visibly having reaction to for 6 days. Instead of suggesting to take her to emergency or informing her Doctor that the medicine needed to be stopped. My daughter ended up in emergency with NMS ( Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome) If I would not have taken my daughter to emergency on the 6th days we could have lost her. This organization should not licensed home health providers.
