I would never recommend PASCO ever!! They pay the CNA's terribly!! They should be ashamed for paying CNA's so low. Look for another agency! Edited: NO, you definitely don't "pay the highest rates," like you claim. PASCO has always paid the worst and never give raises!! I will encourage all families to find another agency!!!

I really can't say enough good things about PASCO. Last summer my sister suffered from a debilitating stroke that landed her in the hospital and skilled nursing for over two months. When she was finally able to get home she needed a great deal of assistance, from speech, physical, and occupational therapy to nursing. I'm her only surviving family and live on the other side of the country. I felt out of my depth and very alone. Within hours of my first call PASCO had swooped in with therapists and intake specialists. They were sympathetic to the situation and attentive to my sister's needs, as well as personable and compassionate. Pauline, Colton, and the other therapists worked with my sister for much of the last year. They were consistently competent and dedicated to my sister's recovery. She's made great strides in both mental and physical recovery. They were also just cheerful, lovely people to have in my sister's life. Pauline regularly reached out to me to head off any potential issues with her care, and was available at the drop of a hat if I had concerns. Colton moved hundreds of pounds of roofing material into the garage when winter came. Above and beyond, is all I can say. Organizational cultures are like people—some great, some bad. PASCO's is like your one friend that somehow manages to be super successful but also the nicest guy in the world. Highly recommended.

I have been with Pasco for the last 14 year's and I've never had a missed appointment or any negative issues. Pasco goes above and beyond to help you get whatever you need and they will stick by you if they need to. I can't imagine life without you. It's a wonderful family to be apart of. Thank you for always being there when we need you. You all are amazing people. It like everyone who works there has some type of super power.
