I needed a blood draw at home. What I got was a nurse who "had" COVID the prior week, who failed to draw the needed blood. Instead of rectifying via her supervisor, she returned to advise that they could not draw blood unless I signed up for 4 (unnecessary) education visits. They claimed this was a Medicare requirement. When I offered to private pay, they declined. Should get negative stars. No service ... left with pain from failed draws.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. Their billing department is an absolute joke. Therapists were very kind, but scheduling with them was inconsistent and we had multiple no shows. Therapists told us we had to pay copays in cash which was inconvenient. The main office is incredibly difficult to communicate with—they were an absolute nightmare working with our insurance. We waited on them to submit the correct documentation for services for over a year. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
