We met with Canyon Hospice about care for my mom. We had heard mixed reviews from other acquaintances even some in the healthcare world, but wanted to see for ourselves. Our first impression was less than comforting. Their sales person was horrible! (I won't name names since this is public, but her name started with N) Choosing hospice for your family member is already hard, but this woman was so dry and lacked compassion. She seemed annoyed with us that she was having to meet with us and that we asked questions.. Maybe because we were interviewing other hospices as well, but you would think that would mean she would try harder. I'm glad the hospital recommended interviewing a few different companies.We were just a number to 'N' and she made it obvious. Not a fun way to start out the new year.
