This is how I'm letting Aveanna know were firing their company, because when you try to call their number you're not able to leave a voicemail; very on brand for them. Every speech therapist I've met has tried their best but the company itself does not allow their employees to thrive and does not foster a stable environment. My son has missed literal month's worth of therapy because they do not take the reevaluation paperwork seriously on their end. I know what's on their end because through three moves three different doctors and four different speech therapists we have never been able to get reevaluation paperwork approved on time.

Everyone has been so great to our family. They understand the worries and needs of our family. I have been with the company for 6 years and never have had any issues. They are real and care sincerely. You all have become part of our family. Thank you for being so great and honest. Change of name but still have the great support never do I feel it has put any difference in the care and support received. We are all together learning new systems and growing together as a family. My family is very thankful.

Evergreen was sold out to Aveeana. Right before Christmas. They sold out all their Parent CNA families in the middle of a pandemic. Christmas bonus we had become use to, not one penny from Aveeana. I’m glad Evergreen got their business dealing done during such a year. Kinda made me puke to read them bragging on their business articles of closing this deal... . I bet they didn’t once think of how the transition would affect the families of medically fragile children during a PANDEMIC. All the work we as parents have done for our kids, and allowing Evergreen to bill their insurance is what made it such a successful company So happy we turned this company into such an attractive asset, only to be sold out when we were already struggling.

I have been with Evergreen Home Health Care since 2010. They have been such a positive part of our journey raising a child with special needs. From helping me become a parent C.N.A., to hosting a family Holiday party at the Aquarium, I feel like they are always looking for ways to make life easier (and more fun) for people who already have so much on their plate. I am also amazed when I cross paths with staff members I rarely see and that they remember who I am. We have always had the best Nurse Case Managers. They become more like family and are as concerned about my son as much as I am. Even when the Doctors or I might be stuck on an issue, many times our nurse case manager will be behind the scenes doing her own research. Coming up with things we had not thought about - truly going above and beyond the call of duty. I have many friends who have been back and forth with various health care agencies. Not once have I thought about leaving. So thankful to have Evergreen on our team!

My family and I are so grateful to have the help from Evergreen Home Health Care, I am a CNA from the help of financial support from Evergreen Home Health Care, and to have a nurse come to our home is truly a blessing to monitor my granddaughters health with so much love and care and concern, we always looked forward to our nurse Haley that came by to monitor Analina. Ana and her sister had a blast going trick or treating at Evergreen, and our Christmas dinner was amazing at the Aquarium...Thank you for being a caring company, that opens doors for professional growth!
