I cannot say enough about all of the employees that have cared for my Dad. This company communicates with family, cares about their job. They are compassionate, professional and more. From Michelle in the office to Rhonda an exceptional caregiver and nurse Maureen another exceptional professional they show kindness where others don't. My dad is happy and doing well because of all of them!

I would give zero stars if possible. The aids are great. They have taken care of my parents. The administration is scum. After agreeing to the hours and collecting the money they have argued about the hours and filling them. Then they changed the terms stating they can only do certain hours. Now my father had a fall and is in the hospital fighting for his life. My elderly mother needs stability at home now more than ever, so the administrators decided it was the perfect time to tell us that they are giving their notice and will cut my mother off in less than two weeks. We now have to find a replacement for my mother while worrying about my father's care in the hospital. They literarily waited until we were at our lowest then decided to hit us while we were down. Absolute despicable way to treat people.
