Instead of contacting me and trying to make it right, some employees will try to leave positive reviews to cancel out my one star. Since you only care about reviews online and don't deem it necessary to return a now former patients 3 phone calls when I decided to no longer use services I guess this should get your attention. All I want is an apology and a conversation about the care I received. I deserve an apology and if you truly cared about your company you would want feedback to help with providing better care moving forward. I didn't leave any negative words because I realize the issues I had where with human beings who I would never talk negatively about online. I understand the impact of social media. But a conversation should of been had so you could of made it right with me. I don't want to have litigation with your company. I want change for future patients and validation that what you said to me during our phone call was wrong. If you choose to apologize to me I will move forward and be done. If you care about your company you will apologize. You will hold some of your staff to better standards and want care to improve. You can have people now try to devalue my review by leaving positive reviews. But you and I both know your employees aren't happy. In general they are not. I just gave you more time in this comment than you gave me after a year of services provided by your company. I feel like I care more about improvement than you do. But that is just my personal opinion. The worst thing you will do is respond back with any form of condescension or show any real lack of accountability because than I will take a different route. Please don't mistake my health mental or physical as weakness. Because as your staff knows I am very big on right and wrong. I deserved an exit conversation and I deserve an apology from the owner.

I’ve been with this service for over 10 years and have never had a problem or complaint. I’ve had the same amazing nurse the whole time. The customer service is the best.

I chose them for PCA services as well as PT/OT. My aide told me directly when her last day was going to be as far as taking care of me. To date I’ve yet to hear from them that my aide services came to a close due to of course, what the insurance deems as necessary. The therapists are just wonderful and so was the aide. The office has a lot to brush up on. The first task that needs to be addressed is patient office communication. Not right to leave a person in need of services hanging out there like that. The two rating is for the office. The staff coming to the home gets five stars from me most definitely. 👍
