The female that answers the phone Karen i believe is her name is the worst person to deal with. She is rude and condescending. They are never on time to see you. Its always a 45 minute to1 hr wait past your opponent time. Why bother having opponents if you cant stick to them.

I am so disappointed in this practice. I was a patient here for a few years, and now am not. I refuse to return after the way I have been treated. The providers here are good people and have good knowledge. Christina Casillo has been a great doctor of mine and it makes me upset to leave. This practices office staff is absolutely horrendous with the way they treat patients. I am disgusted with the disrespect I have received on multiple occasions from them now. Auburn was incredibly rude, rude enough to have my final straw. I will no longer be returning as a patient and I hope the Chaterjees take care of this as I am not the only person who has been upset with the staff. As someone who works with people on phones and in person via customer service, I am baffled as I don't ever have these issues. If you are looking to be respected and treated like a patient and a HUMAN, find another provider. The last thing patients want or need when they are sick, have prescription issues, billing problems, is attitude and rude comments let alone to be hung up on and treated like garbage for having an issue to begin with before you can even say thank you or have a good day! I have had enough and will find someone else to take care of my health. I truly hope the Chaterjees see this review as they have improvements to make with their staff, they are your front line to service and business, and you will continue to lose patients as long as your staff treats your patients this way.

I absolutely adore Dr. Nita, Dr. A and their P.A., Christina. If you want honest, down-to-earth and direct answers, you WILL find it here. They are all incredibly knowledgeable, humble, funny and very easy to talk to. I find this to be a wonderful attribute to their practice since so many patients may feel reserved to tell their providers the good, bad and ugly. Here they expect you to and in your own way. I don’t feel like I have to hold back with my worries or questions like I have for decades with other providers. Christina is so professional and in my experience remembers her patients (my children) and makes every visit a breeze even with immunizations. 10/10 - we’re not going anywhere else.

The doctors are amazing. I absolutely love my doctors there! Not sure who answers the phones however, she is the rudest receptionist I've had the displeasure of dealing with. She is super condescending and talks to you like you are stupid. As much I love my doctor I might actually look for someone new. The last thing I need when I'm sick is someone talking to me like I'm a child. Now I'm sick AND aggravated.

I've never really felt like a doctor had my best interests in mind, and with some chronic health issues-it;'s been lonely to not have that. But Christina and Dr. Nita have changed that for me, they make an awesome team. I am still a semi new patient but theyre always very responsive to my messages on the portal, and the office works to get me in as soon as they can. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and they are very thorough. Really happy to have found caring, and compassionate dr.s.
