Living at my friend's house with his mentally ill son who needs his medicine and they don't show up until 830 at night when everyone is in bed. We get up at 5 in the morning. We had to call 4 times. This nurse said he's here now with attitude like we're supposed to live according how he wants it.

This agency is horrible I have to call 4 to 5 times a day to get a nurse and they say smart remarks to me at times I have a child and be having places to go and they won't get here until 12 pm that's half a day they don't care about the patients needs at all they leave their cell phones their tablets and they don't even care about the patients rights at this point of time I don't know what to do I'm fed up with this agency they are horrible run for cover
