I can’t say enough good things about the care my mom has received from this team. From the very start, Kelly made the entire process so smooth—she was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything set up perfectly for my mom’s needs. And Kim, who comes to our home to provide care, is truly a blessing. She is professional, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. My mom feels comfortable and cared for every visit, and I can tell Kim genuinely loves what she does. Thanks to Kelly and Kim, we feel supported and confident that my mom is in the best hands. I would give 10 stars if I could!

My husband had a stroke at the age of 57. After leaving Gaylord Hospital we started with PathWell. I was scared after hearing horror stories and such bad things about Home Health Care. Melissa called me the day after he was released and set up an appointment immediately. She scheduled Dee and Lisa for his OT and PT. Dee is unbelievable as she was giving my husband the confidence he needed and really working him out. Lisa was so caring and was just about having therapy sessions while doing his exercises. They never cancelled always on time and worked so well with our schedule. I can not be more happy. We have now graduated to outpatient but I will miss my visits. Great experience!

I have had occupational and physical therapists from PathWell working with me at home since I had major arm surgery at the end of March. Most of the time Lisa was the person who helped me with OT and Siobahn with PT. They were terrific - very understanding of the pain I was feeling. but also pushing me to take the next steps. They were flexible in terms of making appointments for their visits and were also creative in coming up with new ways of addressing any problems I was having. I was also fortunate in having Pandora visit once a week to help me wash and shampoo myself - she was kind and thorough and kept encouraging me to take the steps I needed to take to be more independent. I am beginning outpatient therapy next week. but will miss the PathWell visitors! Thanks as well to Melissa, who helps to keep everything running smoothly.

My experience with Pathway Rehab was overall wonderful. I was taught various exercises in bending my knee, and I felt comfortable in doing so. The staff is poise, friendly and supportive to the patient needs in recovery. I’m grateful that I can bend my knee and now use a cane. I highly recommend Pathwell Home Health for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. I felt immediately comfortable with Melissa and Lisa providing care to me post knee replacement surgery.
