Absolutely wonderful company! My dad was recovering from a hip replacement and 4 different people visited our home to assist him in various ways and they were some of the nicest people I've ever met. They are extremely professional and patient. They were very personable and made everyone feel comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the Stratford VNA!

MUST READ! I find it sad that after everything I feel like The Stratford VNA. Can’t help but to fall short. I have had to reach out to State my grievances about the staff on multiple occasions. When it comes to the lack of communication the verbal miss treatment, and Unprofessional behavior Encountered. It should not have to be taken to extremes of legal action on behalf of the patient for the Stratford VNA takes patient grievances into account. The dismissal by the Stratford VNA of the grievances against its staff member Is a direct cause of the patient development delay of health care. Which directly impacts the crucial developmental process of the patient. Although I do appreciate the preservation attempt made on behalf of the Stratford VNA liaison to protect them from litigation. they are still falling short, I had made it clear to all three of the Therapist that I wanted 3 times a week up to patient discharge. The only therapist I do not wish to continue would be PT therapist Christine, due to the fact of her unprofessional, disrespectful behavior, and lack of the patient continuous care and her negligence! I would urge anyone who was thinking of working with the Stratford VNA to think twice. Going through health issues are strenuous enough don’t add to them! David

I am thoroughly satisfied with the services I have received from the Stratford VNA. All the nurses have been good, but my p.t. guy, Ed Kudej Jr., was exceptional. He was so patient and understanding of my rehab for bilateral knee replacement. Never rushed me during the exercises, told me exactly what I was doing right or wrong and was very encouraging. It's been a pleasure working with this company.

Let me start by saying I am not normally a review writer. However, after being a Stratford VNA patient for the better part of 2 years, and reading these slamming negative reviews, I felt a more balanced approach was needed. I first learned of the Stratford Vna while I was looking for home care once I was released from the hospital. Their online rating from different internet sources was the highest in my area. The Stratford Vna has expertise in large complex wound care, which was my special need. They came to the hospital, evaluated my needs, and anyone that knows me, knows full well I was evaluating them as well. The VNA came to my home and the everyday visits began. The nurses that came to my home and stayed for the care, were professional, of high caliber and knowledgeable of their craft. My wife and I eventually dubbed the three nurses who normally came as “the dream Team”. Were there hiccups along the way, of course. But, in my mind, the true measure of any organization is how they resolve the problems that arise. In my case, the Strarford VNA worked very hard to successfully fix whatever needed fixing. With regard to care, my view has always been there is not a better advocate for my care than me, but the Strarford VNA comes very close. And that is what makes the Stratford VNA just fine with me.

I can't say enough about how much our family loves the Stratford Visiting Nurse Assoc. My parents have been under their care on and off many times in the past 7 years. Everyone from the office staff to the nurses, aides and physical therapists have been, professional, kind, caring and patient with both Mom and Dad. They have gone above and beyond even coming for an emergency visit on Christmas day a few years ago. I have peace of mind knowing they are taking good care of them. I recommend them to any and everyone I know who is in need of home care.
