I would never recommend this business, the are not accommodating, are very argumentative, always short of help, and most of the help they do have are very inefficient, don’t want to work, and spend most of their time on their phones. They made it clear that veterans aren’t their first priority, paying customers are, and always reminded me that other people had priority. They wouldn’t even help with doctor’s appointments. They claimed they were getting rid of all the veterans. They left me with no aid during Covid with endstage lung disease, When I was diagnosed with untreatable stage 4 cancer, they refused to change my hours to meet my families needs so we could spend more time together during this really difficult time, The office manager was cruel and made me cry and plead for time with my children when I was told I didn’t have much longer. She finally said she’d do it but weeks later, she said another lady needed those times more so they could go shopping or something - because her boyfriend couldn’t take her. After that they refused to return my calls, and after numerous requests for call backs to upper management, out if the blue, they dropped me claiming I had an emotional problem thus leaving me with no aid to this day. At least I can spend time with family. No one should be treated that way, especially people who are frail and suffering from illness who need help. Imagine if I couldn’t speak up for myself. This is not the kind of care you would want for your family members.

I recently had my hip replaced by Dr Minotti at Griffin Hospital in Derby and my Physical Therapy Was handled by Eric L. of Lighthouse Home Health Care. I was impressed with Eric’s care and professionalism during my sessions. My recovery is ahead of schedule, thanks to his instruction. I highly recommend this surgery by Dr Minotti, the surgery center at Griffin Hospital and my in-home care with Eric. The troika of health care success !
