We had a wonderful hospice team. Mom loved having them visit and they provided wonderful guidance and support for our family during a difficult time in mom's life. Their communication was outstanding and helped me (as a health care proxy who lives out of state) tremendously. They were my eyes and ears when I could not be with mom and were tremendous support through the emotional roller coaster of the last year and a half. It takes a special person to provide end of life care and the group that formed our mom's team was full of special people. Thank you!

We are receiving services for my mom who has pulmonary fibrosis. So far everyone who has come to the house has been great (Dan, Brian, Erin, Hollie, and Betsy)!! They are punctual, caring, professional, encouraging, patient, and knowledgeable. We really appreciate the support they are giving my family as we navigate through mom's illness.

My mother had an awesome team with OT, Visiting Nurse and a shower lady.. but when she fell and fractured her hip, the company said they wouldn’t take her back as a client( in home svc) unless if someone was there with her( family member) and then threatened to call Elderly Protective Services on me if nobody was in the house with her. I was so appalled by their actions because they do have a great team of workers but the stupidity of those in charge ruined it for my mom to continue services. Being threatened only put a bad taste in my mouth and my mother or myself should never feel uncomfortable or threatened.
