Atrinity is wonderful home health agency to have in our community! I frequently make referrals and appreciate the open communication and commitment to providing the best care for our mutual clients. Johnna and her team are amazing at what they do!

After my Dad was discharged from a short term rehab facility to home we were referred to Atrinity Home Health Care. The visiting nurse must assess the patient before any other services can begin (PT/OT in our case). The visiting nurse did not show up as scheduled for the first appointment. She reported having car trouble snd rescheduled for the next day. The next day, she did not show up - no phone call, no attempt at rescheduling, which meant his PT appointment had to be cancelled because the protocol is to have the nursing assessment first. We grew concerned on Saturday about the impact the lapse in services would have on his transition home and overall continued recovery odds. We had to call to track down the nurse. She did not take the initiative to explain her no-show or to reschedule with us. She agreed to come on Sunday, as well as the PT. The PT arrived first, noticed that my Dad had a swollen hand from a fall, and helped me convince my Dad to go to the hospital to get it examined snd xrayed. The PT cancelled the nurse (since my Dad would be at the ER, not home). The next day, the nurse did not call to check in on my Dad or to reschedule the appointment. I had to do that, and she agreed to see him on Thursday (10 days after my father’s discharge to home). On Thursday, she did not show up as scheduled. No phone call. I tracked her down and she said she was running late and was at a gas station “right around the corner” (There is no gas station “right around the corner” from my parents’ house). She showed up over an hour late. After the appointment, she scheduled appointments for the next four Mondays. I thought, “Great! A regular schedule! We’ll gain momentum now.” Monday arrived (yesterday). NO SHOW. Again, no call, no explanation. I called Atrinity to report the ongoing issue AGAIN, and was told a nursing supervisor would call me by 1:00 p.m. to address my concerns. No call. My Dad called to report the no show. He stated that the person who answered to call was defensive, not concerned, and rescheduled his appointment for Thursday. In summary, if you are a patient or caregiver who does not have the time, energy, or fight in you to track the visiting nurse down and hold Atrinity accountable for the services they get paid to do, steer clear of this agency, I hope Medicare and patients pay close attention to their billing and the services actually rendered. We will be keeping a close eye on that, I can assure you.

I received very caring and competent care from this organization in nursing and PT. Erica, the PT assigned to me was remarkable in my rehab. I have dealt with several PT personnel and agencies, Atrinity by far superior.

Working with Atrinity has once again affirmed why we consider your team one of our most valued partners. The professionalism, responsiveness, and leadership your company demonstrated in addressing a recent situation were truly appreciated. Mr. Tom Vanty’s personal outreach, paired with a gracious gesture to our team, spoke volumes about Atrinity’s culture of accountability and care. Your ability to lead with transparency, take initiative, and deliver a timely solution without hesitation reflects exactly the kind of collaboration we strive for in therapy companies. We remain confident in our partnership and grateful for the way your team consistently shows up—not only with skill, but with heart. Thank you for being a team we can trust.

Bryan was my therapist following total knee replacement - both knees. He is competent, caring and professional. Each visit brought me closer to feeling normal and experiencing less pain. I was so fortunate to work with him. Thank you, Bryan
