Have POA over family member with a TBI. Caregiver regularly purchased beer. Told supervisor and she said that they do what the client wants. Bought them beer and then wouldn’t show up for two days. Negligence!

Heartbreaking experience — please think twice before trusting this company. For over six months, I’ve raised serious concerns with Care Co. about a caregiver’s behavior, including poor attendance, neglect, and deeply inappropriate conduct. Nothing has changed. No one has listened. No one has cared. The situation has gotten so bad that I’ve had to take the painful step of reaching out to the state for help. It breaks my heart to know that a company entrusted with caring for vulnerable people could show such little regard for their safety and dignity. Please don’t let your loved ones go through what mine has.

I would like to express my gratitude to CareCo Medical. This is my second experience with them. The first time we had SN and PT which were amazing and we recently had to have services again. This time we had SN and HHA. The office and field staff were on point. I didn't have to call multiple times to see when nursing or the HHA was going to show up. I read the other reviews and wanted to say that there are 2 CareCo's when I googled. I would have to say that the other reviews have to be talking about the other CareCo. If we need services again, CareCo Medical will be our choice.

Absolutely the worst company and most disrespectful employees that I have ever felt with. No concern about patients and families concerns. They are not taken care of or they lie and try to say it never happened. Don't treat their clients,families or staff the way they should be. You are just a number. Quality of care is just not there. There is a lot better out there. Agencies that won't bounce their nurses,cna's etc around so the patient is not really known well to anyone. Bad practice because no one can pick up on problems with patients before they become serious. No one seems to care. You call the office for anything and it is always,we will call you back. You never hear from them. You do not get a weekly schedule of when cna's or anyone is coming. You are not called a day or two prior to set up a time. If you tell them you have a Dr's appointments or tests and give them dates,they don't bother noting them. Then it is the clients problem for not answering their door because they are at an appointment. A better one yet,is you are not homeward bound if you can go to a Dr's appointment or any treatment. Don't try to sit out for fresh air,pickup an urgent prescription or get orange juice,Graham crakers,milk,peanut butter to sustain bloodsugar when you run out. I have gone to a blood sugar of 20 before,almost died. Need to have this home at all times. I am in a wheelchair so I can't go far to get anything. If I do urgently,I am out and back in 15min from pharmacy. What a sin. So deny a patient their medication or what they need to maintain life,safely. That is totally absurd. Not everyone has family or someone to help. I don't,how about being considerate of others. No need to be rude,hateful and obnoxious to clients. Treat them as you want to be treated. Apparently CareCo has no idea how to treat anyone with love and compassion. Take care out of the name,there is none in anyway shape or form. I would recommend people stay far away from this agency. There is better out there. Not worth going through all this abuse and having to have the State investigate them.

Horrendous experience. The caregivers are not trained or qualified in any way to care for your loved ones despite what the staff say. They put my loved one's life in danger and was in the hospital due to negligence of the caregiver. They say anything to cover themselves. There are many other agencies out there. I would not recommend Care Co.
