Neglectful visiting nurses, if you have diabetic wound care RUN…. they might leave you off the schedule for over a week. Atrinity home health has been a far better experience for all services. Don’t let Yale force your hand with keeping “continuity of services” within their heartless empire.

I am very grateful to have been able to attend the comprehensive and hands on training classes. I really enjoyed both my instructors. I feel more confident learning a few new things that my amazing clients in the past didn’t need but my new fantastic ones may. It makes you feel more comfortable in the field and it allows us to provide even better care for our clients. The support we have at Lifetime is really great and really strong. They have the compassion and that knowledge to lead us successfully.

This was a 5 star service from the moment I contacted them to the very last day's service. The staff is professional, caring, empathetic, flexible, and really, really amazing. The aids were wonderful. I had such a great experience and felt incredibly comfortable leaving my grandparents at home with them. While they were there I knew that I had nothing to worry about. This is such a stressful time, at least for me, finding people to rely on and qualified to care for my loved ones. You don't want to make mistakes, want to make the best decisions for them, and need guidance. I would 100% recommend Lifetime Care at Home. We had just moved my parents into a lovely assisted living facility and two days later my dad was rushed to the hospital with heart failure. Mom had dementia and saw very confused in her brand new home. My sisters and I knew mom needed to become acclimated to her new environment and much as it would have been easier to bring her to one of our homes creating new routines in her new surroundings works be essential. We reached out to Lifetime Care and they were able to get 24/7 coverage put in place in a heartbeat.. Every car give was wonderful. Dad came home from the hospital but needed dialysis and was very weak and not thinking clearly for a while. The lifetime care aides were able to adapt to the distinct needs of each of my parents In time, my parents developed a weekday favorite, Luana, and they have really bonded. As dad 's health has returned and as mom has become acclimated to the new home, they have gradually reduced their use of the aides. Lifetime care has been wonderful to work with whatever their needs. My sisters, my parents and I all recommend lifetime care most highly!

My family and I have been extremely happy with Lifetime Care at Home’s services which we are using for my 93-year-old mother who needs a fulltime aide. Not only are the aides well-trained and experienced and also lovely people, but the administrative side is always very responsive to any concerns.
