When being discarged there was much confusion and my wife was told to come pick me up then waited 2hrs and 50 min until the "case manager" got to me. There are too many people involved with your case and they don't communicate well with each other it seems. This also caused the PT and nurse to be calling me while still in the hospital asking me if I was home and they could come by my home. The visit went well today though and I look forward to seeing how the rest of my treatment progresses.

I wouldn't send my worse enemy to them. Nurses are pleasant but agency gives nurse assigned to you a day off which I understand but leaves you hanging and then if you call wants patient to readjust their schedule to suit them. I had the initial visit and 1 nurse. My 2nd visit never contacted me that they couldn't send someone then they wanted a nurse I never met to call me sight unseen. I had a pacemaker placed a week ago. Good luck if you use them . i fired them

I'm sorry this agency is horrible. Supposedly therelieve their AIDS can even wipe down a bed with soap and water, because it's chemicals every time I've asked them something. They don't do that, they can't do that. They took horrible care of my mother. My mother wanted to be in worse than she was in the beginning. Please, if you have elderly people do not let this company in your house. Please do not.

The nurses do go above and beyond and are wonderful to the patients but getting through to the office is almost impossible. When you call 90% of the time you get the answering service even in the middle of the day. I have left messages that have never been returned. It's a terrible way to run a health care company.
