I worked with this company for 7 YEARS and towards the end they wanted to mess with my pay back and forth and cut back my hours. So UNFAIR how I got treated after all the years and dedication I put into my clients. I’m ashamed to say they really should pick better choice of ppl they hire because they ones I had to train were unorganized and not prepared when they came. Not to mention didn’t care how they dressed or even try to look presentable. So sad 😞 how a lot of the clients get treated also.

I see they have a low rating it’s so correctThey are horrible I’ve been trying to get help for almost a month with them every week they have a different excuse I am paralyzed and unable to bathe and dress myself and do house things each week they have a different excuse the last one that has just frustrated me is they tried to say they been calling me and I’m not answering my phone they are liars and very unhelpful In the meantime I am left with no services and nothing but excuses from them Now they say maybe next week I am not comfortable with this because they’ve said that for the past two weeks And all they come up with is a lie then I’m not answering my phone so I’m sure next week it will be something else if you can go elsewhere I suggest you try

The people working in this branch truly care about the patients, staff, and families. I am new to Addus Homecare and already see the all that I need to see to know this is a great agency! Addus provides home health aide services, skilled nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy for a variety of different patients needs.

Very unprofessional, if staff call out they don't send anyone to replace them. Wish I never agreed to let them service my mother. They also don't call you to let you know nobody is coming. DON'T SIGN WITH ADDUS

If I could leave a "0" I would! This company needs so much improvement, with their own staff and their employees. They are dishonest, uncaring and have no communication skills. There have been repeated times when there is no aide and the office says there is, also there has been inappropriate conversation from the managers and schedulers, there has been times when someone has come to see to my patient and the actual office doesn't even know who it is, the aides are dishonest about the time they spent with the patient, the office is dishonest about having coverage for the patients and the times they are coming, oh my goodness, its enough already. My patient has suffered enough with this company and we are done with Addus.
