I received an unsolicited phone call from these people this morning. I've never heard of them or had any kind of association with them. I was asked if I had received my Medicare card. I replied, "I have a Medicare card. Yes". The girl on the phone hung up immediately. At that moment, I realized they are scamming people, trying to get them to say "Yes" so they can use the recording for some other nefarious purpose. I doubt this is even a real company. Highly recommend avoiding them. Let this review serve as notice that I never assented to anything over the phone and never would.

I called to get some general information and was surprised by how dismissive the staff seemed. I asked for the name of the person I was speaking with — twice, politely — and she refused to give it. I was then transferred to another employee, and the same thing happened. It's concerning when staff won't identify themselves, even during an informational call. Transparency and professionalism matter, especially when someone is just trying to understand your services. This experience didn’t give me confidence in how they treat people. I hope they consider improving their phone etiquette.
