I wish that I could leave more than 5 stars. From the beginning, the level of care and professionalism given to my mother was nothing short of astounding. Every single person I interacted with in coordinating my mother's care was not just professional, but incredibly compassionate. 24/7 they were available. They made a painful and difficult time so much easier and gave my mother comfort in the final months of her life. I just can't say enough good things about them. They are the embodiment of true Christian charity. I'll be forever grateful to them for the care they gave my mother, and my family.

My grandfather passed away on July 21, 2025 in his peaceful sleep. Thank you to the wonderful nurses you all did an amazing job making sure my grandfather was comfortable didn’t feel any pain during his stay. He was comfortable the entire time and he’s with god hands resting.

My dad suffered horribly on the morning of his death yesterday. I called and called for hours trying to get medicine dosages upped. He was on such a low dose of morphine and to get any changes you have to wait and call wait and call. I begged for Crisis care. A nurse. Anyone. I called over and over for hours. It was just me and my 16 year old daughter trying to help him as he was in the active stages of dying. A nurse finally showed about four hours after calling and he was already in the final stages. Crisis showed an hour before his passing. This was the most traumatizing experience of my life. My daughter’s life. My dad did not pass peacefully. We did not witness comfort. I will forever feel guilt for using this place seeing the reviews and how advent hospital treats him.i should have known better. I wish I could go back and change it all. He had two days on hospice and the only solace I feel is that my father passed in my arms in our home. Advent hospice made so many promises until you actually sign the papers. Then you are left alone. Crying and panicking. Wanting to call 911 but you know you have a dnr and you know so deep inside your loved one can’t be saved. Their medical equipment is dated and disgusting. No compassion. This was the worst experience of my life and I pray today and forever that I can forgive myself for choosing this place.

My family couldn’t have asked for a Better place for our mom to spend her final days. Every single person from the nurses to the front desk to the chef were so nice. The music therapy was also a very sweet treat for us and our mom. The place itself is beautiful. We had a huge room with a screened in patio. When you spend long days there it’s nice to be able to walk outside on the patio or just get some fresh air. Thank you for making the dying process peaceful and beautiful for our mom.
