I had a horrific experience with this agency. My mom was under their care over the past month. The first aide they sent was ineffective and caused damage to my property by placing a hot pot on my butcher block counter. The second aide they sent was unable to lift and didn't speak English. Mind you my mom is 77lbs. Last Friday at 2:30om I was informed that my mom’s case would be sent back to the insurance company. She was dropped on the spot. Their concern seem to be more about the reimbursement for the damages to my home rather than her care. I will not be using this agency again and would caution others about their services.

This company is horrible. The manage is rude. They will neglect you. So I urge you to find another service if it's for you or a family member. Please find some one else. You will be in terrible hands with these nurses.
