Kassy Health was a huge help during a stressful time for our family. What meant the most to us was having bilingual staff who could easily switch between English and Spanish so everyone felt understood and comfortable. The care felt personal, respectful, and never rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, and that made all the difference.

Extremely unorganized. We had the hardest time scheduling with them. We would set a date for PT and they wouldn't show. We'd receive a call to reschedule, set a new date, and then receive another call saying they need to reschedule. This went on for weeks, and we never actually got to complete an evaluation. Our referral has now expired and we have to go back through the hospital for a referral.

Yeah, they were good when I had them, but beware of frauds. Always check up on the person before you let them in. I had this tall skinny tan guy claim he was at first a doctor sent from the hospital and later claimed he was with Kassey here. I called them and nope. I suspect he was with some group of local vigilantes, and if they tried anything they would have been pepper-balled.

The PTAs are great. Never had a problem with them. They come and do their job, are polite and really seem to care. The problem is the management, and/or the policies. The first time, after a few weeks, the PTA came only once a week. That was fine. Then a few months later when more sessions were needed, first nobody replied to messages to schedule the sessions. Then, when the reply came, because of classes and appointments, the only way was to have sessions once a week, as it had happened before. But then they "discharged" the patient for "noncompliance". It is absurd. The noncompliance was when nobody called back. They want people to just adjust to their programing, which means that some people might have to miss classes or appointments because they are not flexible enough to accommodate individuality. The "discharge" was also never communicated, until two weeks later when I called to see when we would be able to get a PTA in the house. No courtesy at all. It is all about making money. I should verify how many times they charged insurance

My mother has been receiving care from Kassy home health and Cesar is her nurse. From the very beginning Cesar has been professional, kind, compassionate, very knowledgeable and willing to advise and suggest when we ask questions. In my opinion Cesar is very knowledgeable, spends time to explain and educate us in medical terms, but breaks his answers down so that we can understand what he is saying, sadly I have had doctors that don't do this or take the time with patients to explain. Cesar really knows what he's doing! Cesar always calls the day before he comes out and asks if it's OK to come on that day and time and if I text, he is prompt to respond. Cesar is now also my step fathers nurse. When his Dr. ordered home health I requested Kassy home health and asked that Cesar also be his nurse. We are so grateful to Cesar and appreciate his kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Kassy home health and Cesar to anyone who needs a nurse. When the time comes that my parents visits come to an end we will surely miss him. Cesar could no doubt make a brilliant doctor! Thank you so much Cesar!
