I recently had my hip replaced by Dr Jonathan Shaw; he is EXCELLENT (see my review of him). Anyway, he commissioned First at Home to provide nursing and physical therapy care for the first two weeks post surgery. My PT was Orlando Chiang; he is the reason for the five star rating. Orlando either showed up on time or texted in advance of any changes. I saw him every two days. He is professional in every way, was extremely attentive to my progress. And with the approval of Dr. Shaw, developed a program that fit my personal needs, not a cookie cutter program. i strongly encourage every patient to request Orlando. BTW - i had PT for several months prior to surgery with three different firms, Orlando was the best by far. His 30 years of experience showed.

Cathy was amazing. I can’t say how much I appreciate her. Even though I was not able to use the facility, she was kind enough to point me in the right direction to help my mom get the treatment she needs. This is not something you see often in today’s society so I cannot say how much I appreciate Cathy and what a valuable asset. She is to First at home.

The team at FIRST at Home was excellent in every phase surrounding my hip replacement. They reached out, communicated efficiently, and were super flexible with me through every step. The PT's and nurse that came to the house were very professional and extremely thorough. I truly felt reassured about where I was in my recovery and clear about what I could and could not do. It is really refreshing to experience a service that is so professional and friendly, especially right after major surgery when you are most vulnerable.

My grandmother received in home nursing and they provided amazing service! They were quick to respond and very put my family at ease. The office was great helping with the paperwork and scheduling. The nurses and therapists they sent were caring timely and skilled. I highly recommend using them!

I recently used FIRST at Home for in home nursing and PT services for my 86 year old mother who had just had a hip replacement. Our nurse referred me to Brooks Holbrook to receive some full time nursing help for Mom. All of the caregivers were very professional and also very personable. Mom was very much at ease in their presence and is well on her way to recovery. Brooks was always quick to respond to any requests we had and kept us informed of who would be coming into the home.I highly recommend this service for anyone in need of in home caregiving.
