I had a really frustrating experience working with this company due to poor communication and delayed payment. I followed up multiple times about getting paid for work I had already done, but kept getting redirected or not hearing back at all. I was eventually told my check had been sitting at the office, even though I had asked for it to be mailed. The whole situation dragged on way longer than it ever should have, with no clear updates or urgency from management. Not getting paid on time caused a lot of unnecessary stress and could have been avoided with better communication. I’d strongly suggest anyone thinking about working here ask clear questions up front and proceed carefully.

Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service. Whoever is picking up the phone in 11/17/25 needs training on how to be just decent to people calling. Can’t imagine what their service is like.
