BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY!!. I would give zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional. Coordinator never communicates anything. No call no shows all the time. If they do show up it's late and then they leave early. My son has several seizures daily and I miss more work due to this agency than I do my son's condition. I am close to losing my job due to how many days these nurses have missed. These nurses also fall asleep while watching him or leave him unattended after having a seizure. I was told that the one that left him unattended was a liability and that she wouldn't be back. The coordinator never had a conversation with this nurse and she showed up the next morning; making it my job to discuss with this lady why she shouldn't be at my house. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am the coach for someone who had knee replacement. Sunset never showed the day of discharge. Was told would come Thurs the following. Called at least 8-10 times The claim lost on Thurs. Again on Friday They finally called Saturday in the am said they would be here 2-3 pm. Called at 1:50 Said not coming. This company lies and are incompetent we are telling our health provider we need someone else. Had not had any thepary since surgery which is very important. Don't ever use this company.
