My mom recently was discharged from the hospital after heart surgery. Due to prior hospital visits, we have had other home health care companies contact us and come out, but Enhabit is by far the best home health care facility we have come in contact with. It started by Emily, the care transition coordinator, calling me to set everything up. She was great..... very down to earth but also professional and you could tell she cared and loved her job. Today was the last day my mom's nurse came out and I can't say enough about Jillian. She was by far, the best nurse, that has ever come out post my mom's hospital visits. Jillian was so caring, professional, knowledgeable and just all around an amazing nurse and person. Enhabit is lucky to have Emily and Jillian as part of their team. Thank you both so much and thank you Enbabit!

FANTASTIC!! I cannot say enough about the awesome care, dedication and service I have been receiving from Enhabit Home Health. It started 3 weeks ago the day after I returned home from the hospital having surgery. Daily visits started immediately with head nurse Julia and then right through with Gary who were both fantastic with my daily bandage changing. Immediately after that I was evaluated by Lisa head of the Occupational Therapy who was great and then by daily visits from Andrew who was also great and caring. During the same time I was introduced to my man Luigi head of Physical Therapy who has been over here every other day pushing me to get walking with the walker and yesterday already taking a few steps without using the walker. Luigi takes every one of my steps very seriously and for that reason I am already feeling independent. I believe I have another month with Luigi and I am confident to say that he will have me back to normal well ahead of my expectations. Thank you ALL for your awesome care & help!!

Incompetence unprofessional in home care after my husbands return from hospital & rehab, comes to mind. Having used other in home care, even after cancelling their services, no one called to discuss why! The pt Karla was, to put it mildly, incompetent. As my husband has parkinsons, she comes, each time spent half the time doing her paperwork & then other half massaging my husbands neck using bio freeze,- not knowing whether he’s allergic to this stuff & not understanding parkinsons ppl needing MOVEMENT therapy to get better. I would have hired a masseuse!! The OT was busy w excuses w being late, changing schedule & bringing an ot in training who was finally fired where my husband has going for pt almost 5 years- I guess finally there were enough complaints w him ( horrible!) I could go on & on….. I’ve used inhome car several times & they were the worse. I fired them - weren’t worth my husbands time.As a personal trainer for 30 years- I know the difference in tecnique & professionalism!!

So grateful for my dad’s nurse Julia and physical therapist Christie ! They are both from Encompass and we are so impressed with their level of care. Professionals who really care about my dad and are making such a big difference. Thank you so much, we are eternally grateful.
