Nurse 1 only objective is to maximize insurance billings . They were recommended by Sr Mary’s hospital when I was discharged Oct 18 and were to send someone over Oct 19. After many attempts to get them to respond to my need (have a broken femur) they finally arrived Oct 23 and only took vitals . They repeated this process several times and even send two nurses 30 min apart sto take my vitals. I did finally have a nice lady provide min PT on two occasions which for my condition was ineffective . If you need home nursing care stay away from Nurse1 who has no clue what they are doing and only read posted statements when you call them . I did try to inquire about the billing I accumulated and the answer provided was “ why do you care the insurance is paying “ which is the wrong answer …. They are only driven by having patients billed for substandard care. Stay away from them .

Was assigned nurse, one for physical therapy and house nursing for a complete knee replacement. Maria who answers the phone and I guess his Director of nursing has been completely useless during my entire period at home. I had to call on numerous occasions to even get a physical therapist to come to my home After the fourth day at home, a PT finally came that evening for an evaluation. I did not receive a session until the next day it was another three days before I received my second I only had three sessions in a 14 day period and that was after my persistent phone calls. I was also scheduled to have my dressing removed after 14 days. The nurse never arrived on the 14th day even though we were scheduled, I called the next day to inquire and was told the nurse was in the hospital and that I was on the list to call back I finally received a call back at 4:30 which I did not pick up since I had another physical therapist come to my house and she was able to remove the dressing as she contacted my doctor directly. Avoid nurse at all cost not only are they inefficient? Maria is one of the rudest individuals I've ever dealt with in my life.

Thank you, thank you, thank you..... Maria you were absolutely fantastic to deal with from all the scheduling, administrative, setting up caregivers and coordinating appointments for my elderly Aunt. I don't know what I would have done without this company and their staff. Thank you again. I will recommend you to all I that need help. Thank for being in constant contact and keeping my Aunt and myself at ease. It's good to know there is a decent company advocating for elderly these days.

Feeling lucky to have contacted Nurse 1 for help to care for my mother who has dementia. Nurse1 got us a caring nurse who took amazing care of our mother 24/7. My mother was always laughing and eating well. At all times did we feel my mother was safe, cared for medically and physically. Thank you Nurse 1 for making this difficult time easier than expected.

Nurse 1 is top notch! My mother needed a home health care because she fell and broke her back. She needed round the clock care. We found Nurse 1 online and gave them a call, little did we know how well things would go. We could not be happier with the staff and the caregivers that were chosen to assist us during this stressful time. You will not be disappointed. Chose Nurse 1 first!
