They are incredible. Appointments on time , compassionate , kind , gentle. My mom is 95. She loved them coming to her home. Didn’t want it to end. So professional and caring. From Ron the nurse , taking care of her wound. To Lisa the physical therapist. And Mark the supervisor. Always checking with me and making sure all ok. Keeping me posted for all appointments … the best. Thank you again. Highly recommend. My mom was injured again from a fall. She had open wounds. And Ron and Rosa were taking care of her. The best. I can’t thank them enough. Mom loved both. Rosa weekends. Ron all week. Compassionate and loving and excellent care … including Helen in the main office. Angels on earth. Professionals all the way. This place deserves no stars .They are very very unreliable their aides do not show up at the schedule time.They call and say they cant make or they don't call at all.My parents have sat waiting for them for two weeks now still no show.The management in this place is even worse.Yesterday the manager Kerry promised me that if she had to make the visit herself someone would be there.Again no show .I'm writing to let anyone looking for a home health care agency stay Away from this one.When I called to see what the problem was today she gave me another lie.Needless to say we are done with these people
