Terrible communication. After undergoing a procedure I was enduring great pain. I called and was told that someone would be out today. After 8 hours of call backs and reassurances that this would happen, I got a call saying they wouldn't be out. I couldn't take the pain anymore and I went to the Emergency Room. So much for Patients First.
