Im all about supporting black businesses but my background got submitted with the wrong spelling of my name AFTER I caught it and it was supposed to be fixed. Its costing me 56-58 dollars a day because I don’t have my background on time but my NEMT insurance got activated when I was also supposed to have my background check back. It may take 2-3 more days just to figure out if this was also submitted in error or to be processed correctly. When you are processing something as delicate as a background check and fingerprints you have no room for error and now I have to pay for a mistake I did not create. However, Deshae (owner) reached out to me and offered a refund. She was very professional and courteous. I will continue to support her when I need background checks. She is a fair and honest person who handled me with the upmost respect
