This place used to be such a mess until they hired the new office manager. Her name is Lee and she has really gotten things much more organized. She is a great addition to this company.

What a joke! My dad has been in their care (supposedly!) since he was released from the hospital on (Feb. 6). They call about once a week. Tell my parents to order things. It’s Feb. 21st & no one has bothered to actually come check on my dad! His Covid quarantine ended Feb. 14. His “nurse” & the “office manager” have asked ME to call the doctor & ask for things...Isn’t that THEIR job?!?! The “nurse” sent pictures via text & said that two items needed to be purchased...I did it before I even thought about it...that is THEIR job. Not mine! Finally tonight, I’d had enough & told them not to be concerned with my father, I’m flying to Florida in the morning...I’ll take care of him. I only gave them a 1 so I could write a review...they deserve a ZERO!

If I could give no stars I would. Worse service ever. I had Pt and home health after a major surgery and hardly ever seen anyone. Ended up having to do my own womb care after the second week. Physical therapist would tell me he’ll be here tomorrow and then tomorrow gets here and I wouldn’t hear anything then a week later he’d text me he’ll be in 10 minutes like I’m supposed to be home waiting on him 24/7 then the agency called me to tell me I’m dropped for being incompliant. Worse service I have ever experienced. And The three PT visits I did get were 8 minutes long.
