⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to sincerely thank Loving Homecare for sending me my amazing nurse, Daiyan. His exceptional care has truly made a difference in my recovery. Daiyan is always consistent, arrives on time, and maintains outstanding communication. I require daily wound care, and I’m thrilled to say my wounds are healing beautifully under his care. What stands out most is his attention to cleanliness—he changes his gloves often and keeps everything spotless, which gives me so much peace of mind. Not a good experience with this company at all. I was prescribed an IV antibiotic medication to be administered through a pick line every 12 hours. I was set up with this company to have a nurse come in and administer the medication because I am a quadriplegic who lives alone. The doctor was very strict that the medicine needs to be given every 12 hours and it might be OK to do one hour later or one hour earlier but not three not four not five. This woman that works for the company, Wendy, would show up at 9 o’clock in the morning She was supposed to be there at 8 AM the latest. And then she would show up before 6 PM. So there was barely 9 hours in between my IV medication during the day and over 14 or 15 at night. I asked her several times to be on time and Four days in a row. She failed to do so. My last straw was the last night when I told her that she could not come before 730 or 8 o’clock because the infusion was done at 9 AM this morning. She texted me at 7 o’clock and said I can’t come after 7:20 PM , so I told her not to show up. I’m very very disappointed with the service, so please beware that this is not the company want to go with if you have a choice. Very unprofessional, lacking compassion, etc
