No one showed up from this agency the First two days at home after release from hospital after rough back surgery. NOT ONE PERSON came for physical therapy And unqualified person came to check on him I would NOT recommend this agency for help. They called home agency for instructions but no hel For the patient.

I have helped five other family members to my period and this was a single worst hospice experience that I had ever had. When they came out to do an intake they did no sort of medical history. They haven't even met my grandmother before they were insisting she needed to stay in bed and wear diapers. They're looking for the cheapest easiest way out. They don't offer a sixth of the service that hospice ought to. Stay far away. This place is all about dying cheap and not dying well.

We are extremely displeased with the hospice care my Father has received. When we were leaving the hospital they came in and told us they would take care of all of my father’s needs and there was no reason to keep his Dr. so far they have neglected to fill his prescriptions multiple times . They also said their goal was to keep him home and when we expressed we needed more help their suggestion was to put him in a nursing home!! Terrible experience if I could give a 0 I would.

If I could I would give no stars! This company is all about making money! My mom needed them quick and desperately. But it took them 5 days just to get my signature and then they did nothing! The guy who was supposed to get her evaluated has never seen her. He asked me in the day she passed how he could help. Seriously? And then I found out for this they dared to charge our insurance company $581.00 just for my signature. Fortunately, we have an awesome doctor who took matters in his own hand so my mom wouldn’t have to suffer. This hospice company just sweet talks you but won’t help.
