I had used them for me first hip surgery when they were EnCompass. They are no longer what they were! I had day surgery for my hip. My Doctor was wonderful. The home health came only 24 hours after my surgery, put me through 2 hours of questions, questions and more questions. Treated me like a senile old women. Before they came I felt great. After they left I was totally exhausted and was unable to sleep last night at all. I called the help line and the nurse was extremely patronizing. Said they are following Medicare Guide lines. More like elder abuse. I will be contacting my wonderful Doctor. He may not wish to use them in the future..I certain hope so.
