Horrible woman came out for an intake, misconstrued everything I said, was horribly bossy, and treated me like a child. She shouldn't be in health care. Worst experience ever.

Mederi is the absolute best Home Health agency around. I have the privilege of working with Ryan as my account manager and he is nothing short of spectacular - he always goes above and beyond to help any way he can in addition to ensuring patients are taken care of. Ellie, the nurse is just as amazing. She truly has one of the best bedside manners of any nurse I’ve met and her knowledge and passion for caring for people are truly remarkable. This all stems from their great leadership with Delinda and Donna. They truly go the extra mile and are wonderful to work with. If you an ALF or someone needing home health, are in the Pinellas Park/St Pete area and go with Mederi. You will be glad you did. Ask for Donna, Delinda, Ellie, and Ryan - they truly are the dream team.

The Nurses and Therapists are wonderful. This past therapy (which was my 3rd time with them was the best yet. They were so professional and thorough and they took care of extending my care longer. Now they, along with my doctr, got me into a rehab. That was Susan the Social Worker.Tamika, the Physical Therapist, got me into a shelter from the hotel till the Rehab got me a bed the next day. They went out of their way to help me. They are wonderful. The Nurses also took generous care of me also.
