I was very pleased with my experience with this home health company. The visits were timely and professional. Keep up the good work!

I am thankful for the care provided to my husband after his recent hip replacement surgery. The nurses and therapists were kind and caring. Scheduling was easy, and they worked with one another to accommodate my needs when I had appointments. My husband is back on his feet now thanks to Ability Care!

I am such a fan of this company! They provided great care to my husband after his recent joint replacement, and even helped us to get equipment! I will use them again!

My wife had cervical spine surgery and was supposed to receive physical and occupational therapy from Ability after she was released from the rehab center. Sadly, we didn’t hear anything from Ability for several days post release. Then finally a nurse and a PT came by our house to perform an assessment, after which we have yet to receive any form of treatment after 3 weeks!! We keep calling and they tell us that they will inform the PT and OT, but then we never hear back. The nurse has shown up once a week after reaching out a couple of times. Overall, we are highly disappointed in the lack of care and consideration for their paying clients who are in desperate medical need. We are currently looking for alternative providers.

Taisha was extremely professional and courteous throughout my son’s recovery from his wrist surgery. We had Manny as the therapist, and he was very knowledgeable. He communicated well by texting the day before and when he was on his way, and he even left us printouts of exercises so my son could have his “homework” on days he didn’t have therapy. There were some hiccups at the beginning, but we found out it was due to my insurance. However, the office staff kept us informed. Manny is fluent in Spanish, so it was perfect. I was referred to Ability Care Services by a friend and will definitely refer them to anyone else I know, especially since there aren’t many home health companies with bilingual therapists in my area. All in all, they were great, which isn’t surprising considering their reputation in the area.
