I've had nurses not show up, not call or even text & I didn't even find out until 2 days later that they "had an issue". I missed my treatment that week. I've missed my treatment & had to reschedule several times now. (Rosemary is the only nurse that's ever come on time & she's a sweetheart.) Today I took off work, but I'm being missed again, with no message. My nurse ended up taking over patients of another agency instead of his own & the office didn't even know about it. So I thought I'd better warn people about this. I've called & talked to this agency several times about the non-communication, they apologize, but it happens the very next week & has now happened for about 4months on & off, I'm sad to say.
