the only positive is that they answer the phones. other than that they're in the business of sending someone to your home so that they can legally bill insurance without it being fraud. Services are poor and they do very little for patients. This was the only choice available with our insurance.

Awful Experience. Do Not Recommend. I’m my father’s caregiver, and Med-Care Home Health Services has been nothing short of a nightmare. They claim they called both me and my father for visits — complete lie. Not a single missed call or voicemail to prove it. They send someone once for a so-called “consultation” and then vanish. No follow-up, no care, no communication. Every time I try to get help, they say, “Oh, you didn’t answer, so we closed the case.” Are you kidding me? I’m asking for help, and this is how they respond? I’ve had multiple referrals, all ending the same way — false claims, no accountability, and zero compassion. This is not home health care; it’s added stress for families who truly need support. Absolutely the worst experience. Stay away from this agency.
