I used Atlantic Home Health Care for services at home for my grandmother. Two weeks after my grandfather passed away, grandma had a huge fall at home & broke her hip. They sent her to rehab knowing she was able to start therapy but before she was discharged from the rehab the social worker gave me 3 options to choose from for Home Health services because my grandmother needed to continue her physical therapy & I also needed an aide to watch over her during the day while I was at work. After reviewing some credentials & exploring the options I chose Atlantic Home Health & I am soooo glad that I did. I was first introduced to Tatiana Garcia, their Community Laison. Tatiana made us feel so comfortable explaining to me how this whole process works & the benefits my grand mother will get from working with their company. She went above & beyond to go see my grandmother & properly introduced herself as the representative that will be coordinating & watching over her case. Then I got a call from the owner Jackie introducing herself & thanking me for choosing their company while assuring me they will do all they can to make my grandmother very happy & comfortable while she is going through her recovery. This company was very professional & very caring towards our situation. They found me the best Therapist & Home Health Aide to watch over my grannys emotional & physical well being. I give them a 5 Star for their amazing work & service to our community. They are so compassionate that till this day they still follow up with me once every 2 months to see how my grandmother is doing knowing grandmothers insurance stopped paying for their services. My grandmother is doing so much better & till this day she always talks about the aide she had watching over her & how nice & sweet she was. One day if she ever needs services again I will definitely reach out to the team at Atlantic Home Health.
