There's a nurse that works for you name Maria Jandayan. She desperately needs lessons in manners. I don't understand how they are RN or an aid and it's like they were never taught manners at home or school.

Disappointing lack of follow through with case manager. Equally disappointing lack of communication between case manager and therapists resulting in lapse of care and record management mishaps. Proceed with caution if you expect professional home health services.

The worst scheduling ever! They cannot seem to schedule a consistant day or time for regular visits. They call the day before with limited time frames that is convenient for them not the client. They were supposed to show up today and I had to call the PT and he said he was only allowed one visit this week. Comminication is aweful.
